• Four visits per year by a qualified irrigation and lighting technician at the change of every season.
• Each visit includes a thorough system check on all irrigation and lighting systems.
• Repair of any minor problem i.e. clogged nozzle, broken pop up etc.
• Take note of and schedule a time for any major necessary repair.
• Fine tune the system to maximize the effectiveness of water distribution
• Reprogram lighting and irrigation controllers as needed.
• Replace any blown light bulbs and report any problem areas.
